The 2213 was designed in 1962 by Mogensen specifically for his own home. The height of the armrests and the profile of the leg structure matched the internal cabinetry of his home. It was an exercise in satisfying precision.
This particular model is an early 1960s edition and comes complete with original sales tags from the Copenhagen furniture retailer C. Danel of Vesterbrogade 21-27
