Delivery T&Cs

INNER MELBOURNE CUSTOMERS (furniture, lighting, mirrors)

Our standard service is:

  • Two men in a truck
  • Within 25km of our Showroom
  • Most Fridays (typically between approx 11am and 2pm, but allow extra time)
  • Starts at $65, depending on piece and location
  • Easy access needed into your street and into the relevant room in your house, apartment or office (additional charges apply for difficult access)
  • Delivery will be on the first available Friday after purchase (we don't have the ability to hold pieces in storage)
  • For safety reasons, our delivery team is required to wear protective footwear; if you need shoes off during delivery, please contact us to discuss

When you pay for our standard service, you acknowledge the above as conditions of purchase.

Special notes:

We will contact you on the Wednesday ahead of your Friday delivery to confirm everything.

Freight is automatically calculated if you buy online, once you’ve added your delivery address.

If we turn up and can’t deliver for any reason (eg. you’re not home, access issues) we will need to re-book and invoice you again.

Friday 11am-2pm not work for you? That’s fine; we can get you a quote for another day. Ask us for information.

BEYOND MELBOURNE (furniture)

Via third party couriers, we deliver to most places in Australia and have set rates for single pieces to the major cities and parts of regional Victoria.

If you live outside these areas or you're purchasing multiple pieces, contact us for a quote. We always pass on the best possible price to our customers.

AUSTRALIA-WIDE inc. Melbourne (small homewares & books)

For items listed in our Homewares & Books collection (with a few exceptions, like oversized floor cushions) we calculate shipping based on weight or size as you go through checkout. Delivery starts at $9.90, no matter where you are in Australia. You'll be provided tracking information as we ready your parcel. We despatch parcels a couple of times a week.

AUSTRALIA-WIDE (larger homewares, fragile items)

For items that aren't quite furniture but also don't qualify as small homewares, we will choose the most appropriate delivery method for the piece and get you a special quote if you're outside of Melbourne. Think: pendant lighting, lamps, fragile items like mirrors, or small footstools.

For delivery around Melbourne (from $55, price depends on where you are) we deliver as part of our standard Melbourne service, as outlined at the top of this page.

DELIVERY TIMING

While we make every effort to have our couriers deliver in a timely fashion, we unfortunately are unable to guarantee precise delivery times. Of course we'll work with you as much as we can to meet your needs.
