Return Policy

For change-of-mind purchases, full-priced items are able to be exchanged for another product or for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Where the customer has received the piece/s, they must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase.

Please note: this excludes pre-orders (eg. TH Brown) and pieces with customisation (eg. your own choice of upholstery). In these cases, change of mind returns are not permitted.

Discovering that a piece is the incorrect sizing for your space is considered change-of-mind, so please measure carefully.

We understand that vintage pieces can be hard to immediately exchange for a similar suitable item, which is why credit will be provided if you can't find a suitable replacement right away; then you can use the credit at your leisure down the track.

This same return policy also applies to our range of new & full-priced homewares, books & gifts. Please note: gift cards cannot be returned.

Store credit is valid for two years from the date of purchase. Purchases using that store credit are final sale, unless a return is required under Australian law.

The cost of returning items in the case of change-of-mind are at the customer's expense.

For items that are not full-priced, please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns, except in the case of faulty items or as otherwise required by Australian law. Where a full-priced item is not working as it should, repairing it for you is our policy. If we can't repair an item, we will refund or replace it for you.

Please note that items sold on sale directly from our Warehouse may sometimes be unrestored or otherwise incomplete at the time of purchase. By purchasing an item from our Warehouse you acknowledge that you are buying it in the condition outlined at the time of purchase. If you're unsure, please check with one of our team.

Naturally, where refunds are required under Australian Law (due to an item being genuinely faulty, for eg. and a repair or replacement not being possible) a refund will be provided.
