FREE MELBOURNE DELIVERY

By accepting delivery with the grandfather's axe in-house service you agree to the following T&Cs:

• Delivery address within 25km of our Collingwood Showroom

• Delivery to occur within 7 days of purchase

• Our service operates on most Thursdays and Fridays during business hours. Days of operation are at our discretion and are subject to change.

• We will contact you a day or two before your delivery with a two-hour window when our delivery van will be in your area. We ask that you accommodate taking delivery during that window.

• Ground floor or easy lift access only. It is up to you to let us know of any potential impediments to access.

• Free service applies to full priced furniture only. (If your piece is reduced in price, all of the same conditions apply as for free delivery, however we charge a $75 flat fee; two person delivery price on application.)

• Depending on the piece, we may need you to help.

• There are occasional exclusions when pieces cannot be managed by our in-house service due to weight, size or fragility; these will be detailed on the product listing on our website and third party fees will apply.

We'll always try to accommodate you where we can, but if you need delivery outside of the two-hour window we provide, you need us to provide an extra set of hands or your piece needs to go upstairs, we will likely need to use a third party service and you'll be charged at market rate.
