Originally designed for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen in the 1950s, the AJ Royal pendant, as with all of Arne Jacobsen's pieces for the hotel, continue to find relevance in today’s design world  

The soft arc of the dome is ventilated at the top for a lovely upper diffusion of light while presenting an uninterrupted beam on the underside.
